Cranberry Orange Mimosa

No brunch is complete without mimosas! Creating a cranberry simple syrup is easy and really elevates the mimosas. Maybe you’re not a mimosa drinker? Use the cranberry simple syrup in other cocktail or mocktail recipes!

Cranberry Orange Donuts

We have to warn you, these are addicting! You may need to make a couple of batches to satisfy the crowd. What we love most about these donuts (besides the pops of cranberries) is the opportunity to make the sprinkles fit the theme of the event! Having a baby shower brunch? Make the sprinkles pink and blue! Having a Christmas brunch? Make the sprinkles red and green! There’s a lot of ways to have fun with these donuts.

Cranberry Goat Cheese Parfait

These parfaits are the perfect individual size goodies and will sweeten up your brunch spread. Taking these to go? Simply use mason jars! The goat cheese cheesecake in the middle is so creamy and the cranberry compote helps to balance the sweet with a bit of tart. These may seem more like dessert than a typical brunch food but trust us, these will be a hit and really isn’t a get together an excuse to indulge a bit?

Cranberry Cream Cheese Baked French Toast

We bet it would be hard to find someone who doesn’t like french toast. A great dish to bring to a brunch. The cream cheese and cranberries go deliciously with the cinnamon and vanilla flavors. You can prep it relatively quickly or plan to let it sit overnight and bake in the morning. We love this recipe for Christmas morning too!

Cranberry Orange Muffins

Cranberry Orange Muffins are a tried and true recipe and a great one to bring to a brunch. Muffins are easy to grab and snack on and with a mimosa in the other hand. These particular muffins are made with Greek yogurt so you know they are going to be moist and delicious!

Cranberry Fruit Salad

It’s always a good idea to have a fruit salad at your brunch. It adds a healthy option in the mix as well as a nice alternative for those with food allergies. We especially love this fruit salad because it has cranberries in it!

Cranberry Orange Scones

We know a lot of these recipes include cranberry and orange - we’re not suggesting your entire brunch be made up of only cranberry orange recipes but one or two would be a nice addition to the brunch spread don’t you think? There’s a reason the two flavors are often mixed, they’re delicious together! The tart cranberry and bright citrus flavors go hand and hand. These scones are no different! Whip up a batch and bring them to brunch!

Cranberry Coffee Cake

You really can’t go wrong with bringing a coffee cake to a brunch. Slice it up and let the crowd go to town. Pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or that mimosa we keep mentioning. The cranberries add a nice burst of flavor and the walnuts add a tasty crunch…and the cinnamon sugar mhmmm good!
