Smoothies are our favorite go to mid day snack when you need a little something to get you to the next meal. We particularly like smoothies that have a portion of greens and protein along with our frozen cranberries. It's not always easy getting in every fruit and veggie into your daily diet but smoothies make it easier! This recipe was created for us by Rachel Bailey of @RachelBakesAtHome. 6 oz unsweetened oat milk
1 tbsp. ground flax seed
25 g plant-based vanilla protein powder (or serving size of your favorite protein powder)
1 small banana
1 Cup fresh spinach
1 Cup frozen Cape Cod Select cranberries
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency.
