Another tasty smoothie recipe that mixes our frozen fruit with other delicious and healthy ingredients. This recipe was created by Caroline of @Wellness.Balanced. We love that she incorporated collagen into this smoothie! Collagen is quickly taking over the supplement industry as a must for your hair, skin and nail health. Adding collagen into your water, tea, coffee, or smoothies is super easy! Whether you add supplments to your smoothies or not, this is a good recipe to keep in your recipe index!

Ingredients

  • Handful ice 
  • 1/2 Banana 
  • 1 Cup Frozen Cape Cod Select Blueberry Blend
  • 2 Ccoops Collagen 
  • Spinach
  • Almond milk


Put all of the ingredients into a blender. 

Blend until smooth.
