HISTORY

We have officially launched our smoothie blends in 40oz sizes! Perfect for smoothie enthusiats or homemade popsicle enthusiasts! More fruit, more smoothies as we like to say! We partnered with @LunchesandLittles for a summery recipe and we have to say this Tropical Blend Oat Milk Pops screams summer (although you can absolutely make this all year round!). The Tropical Blend consists of Cranberries, Pineapple, Mango and Banana. Using these 4 fruits and some oat milk you can make these pops too. Check out the color variations you can make by adjusting how many cranberries you put into each batch you mix, so fun!

RECIPE

Ingredients

5-6 Cups Cape Cod Select Tropical Blend (Grab 1 BRAND NEW 40oz bag or a couple 16oz bags will do!)

Approxiamtely 2 cups (or more) Oat Milk (we used Plain Organic Oat Milk from @lifewaykefir)

Shredded Coconut, Optional

In a high powered blender combine 2-3 cups of Tropical Blend and 1 cup Oat Milk. Make this batch more pink by making sure plenty of frozen cranberries are mixed in. Blend until well combined. (If the blend is too thick just add a little more oat milk and reblend).

Transfer blended mix into a measuring cup or a container with a spout for easy pouring and set aside.

Next, in a cleaned out blender, add the next batch of Tropical Blend, about 2-3 cups. Keep this batch lighter by only using the pineapple, mango and banana and a couple of cranberries for a lighter color. Add 1 cup of Oat Milk and blend. Again adding more milk if needed.

Next fill popsicle molds. (a silicone mold works best, @lunchesandlittles recommends this one) You can do a mix of solid colors as well as fun alternating / layered look by adding one mix about halfway and then pouring the other mix on top. (Do this slowly).

Once each mold has been filled put the lid on the mold, pop in a popsicle stick and freeze overnight or for atleast 6 hours.

When ready to serve, remove from mold and sprinkle with shredded coconut if you'd like! Eat immedieately.

Want to get fancy? Add some fresh fruit chunks, such as banana slices or pineapple etc. to the mold prior to filling. You can add shredded coconut here too.

Recipe makes approximately 10 pops depending on the size of your mold.
