One of our favorite snacks are smoothies, but what we love even more are smoothie bowls! They let us get creative and add fun and yummy toppings. Another awesome thing about smoothie bowls… they force you to sit and take a break. Smoothies are great for grab and go but smoothie bowls give you a more relaxed, enjoyable, and mindful way to eat.
1 Cup Cape Cod Select Blueberry Blend
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/4-1/2 Cup Water
2 Tsp. Honey
2 Tsp. Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter (warmed in the microwave to drizzle)
Sliced Banana And Frozen Fruit To Top!
Blend 1 cup Cape Cod Select Blueberry Blend, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, water, and honey until smooth. Add water as needed. Keep mixture thick.
Pour smoothie mixture into 1 big bowl or two smaller bowls.
Top with fruit, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter.
Helpful hint: warm almond butter in microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth and liquid like, then drizzle over smoothie bowls.
